Pam Smiley 360 Challenge

My Smiley360 Pam Kit that I received. This came via UPS, and was very well packaged!

Getting ready to make the Pam Italian Macaroni & Cheese with Tomato Basil Topping recipe. I must confess, I just "knew" this was going to stick to the pan. I coated my Pyrex baking dish with the Olive Oil Pam and, honestly, assumed I would get the same results as I do with my store-brand cooking spray.

I sprinkled the bread crumbs over the entire dish. Bread crumbs usually always stick, right?
The unfinished product, right before going into the oven. If the bread crumbs didn't stick, I thought for sure the egg mixture would.
The finished product. Now, time for the big test........
Wow! Amazing! NOTHING stuck to the pan. At all. The portion I cut easily slid right out of the dish.
I cut this while it was still steaming hot (as you can see in the photo), but it slid right out of the pan in one whole piece anyway.
Pam Cooking Spray worked so well, this is how clean the baking dish was after simply rinsing it out...

and wiping it with a paper towel. Looks like new, doesn't it?

I will be the first to admit that I was absolutely, totally wrong when I "just knew" that Pam would be like any other cooking spray. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked so well and I now have a new pantry staple - PAM.

The recipe that I tried, was delicious, although I did have to double the amount of macaroni from 8oz to 16oz. The tomato basil topping was the perfect final touch!

The holidays are soon upon us, which means lots of baking, and I am looking forward to using Pam Baking, the unbeatable no-stick power of PAM with real flour.

Bottom line? I highly recommend trying PAM out for  yourself. I love it's no-stick performance and easy clean up. I don't think I am going to get rid of my store-brand cooking spray just yet though. I think it might come in handy for squeaky door hinges.
