Nutella Fudge

I've been in a fudge making mood lately, and this is one of my latest creations.

Ingredients needed for 3lbs.

3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 TBSP light corn syrup
8 oz. (1/2 of a 16 oz package) of white candy coating or white chocolate chips
One 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla extract
One 13oz jar Nutella
One 6oz. bag of chopped Hazelnuts

Directions:
Spray a jelly roll pan or cookie baking sheet (the kind with raised edges) with non-stick spray.

Stir together first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. This takes about 15 minutes.

Once mixture reaches soft ball stage, remove from heat and add the vanilla. Then, quickly stir in the white chocolate, marshmallow fluff, Nutella, and hazelnuts until well blended.

Pour into pan and let stand until completely cool, and cut. I used my pizza cutter for easy cutting!

*Note: there is NO butter in this recipe. It's not a mistake, and it wasn't omitted in the recipe above. If you would like a creamier fudge, you can add 3/4 cup melted butter to the first step.
