Candy Corn Pretzel Fudge
Here's another variety I recently made. Getting read to try making Heath Bar Fudge tomorrow!
Ingredients for 3lbs:
3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 TBSP light corn syrup
One 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
One 7 oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz candy corn
2 cups broken pretzel sticks or crushed pretzels
Spray a jelly roll pan or cookie baking sheet (the kind with raised edges) with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir together first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball when dropped in cold water. This takes about 15 minutes.
Once mixture reaches soft ball stage, remove from heat, and add the vanilla. Then, quickly stir in the white chocolate & marshmallow fluff and add the candy corn and pretzel pieces and stir until blended.
Pour into pan and let stand until completely cool, and cut with a sharp knife.
**This is pretty sweet because of the candy corn. I also made a batch with just the pretzels and no candy corn and it was a nice blend of sweet & salty!
